Payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, including no-shows, incur a fee equal to half of the lesson price.
Lessons canceled by All In One TPF or due to unsafe weather will be rescheduled.
For City of Atlanta locations, payments must be completed off-site before or after lessons. City- or facility-operated programs follow their published payment and refund policies.
